HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders sent out by us are sent via a traceable method. When dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel and alongside it a tracking number.

WHEN WILL YOU SEND OUT MY ORDER?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and we're excited to get your Walkbuddy to you as quickly as possible! All orders will be shipped directly upon purchase.

Please note that due to high demand, all Walkbuddy bottles are currently on a pre-order basis. Our first shipment is expected to arrive in early march, and we’ll begin shipping out orders as soon as the stock is available.

While most orders will arrive within 2 weeks of shipping, please allow extra time during high-demand periods. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey right to your door.
